ABOUT
Adds a faction of hooligans to the game who are permanently hostile and always suffering from one or more addictions. Most of them like to fight with beer bottles and wood logs, though some are armed with axes and molotovs, and others with revolvers. They enjoy swarming their enemies with sheer numbers of fighters who are usually doped up to the eyeballs on anything they can drink, smoke or snort.
Also adds a scenario which lets you play as a group of hooligans; pretty much every other faction - except your NPC counterparts - is hostile, and all of your starting pawns are addicted to something.
