Rim-Effect: Less Drilled Element Zero
Makes it so eezo shows up less in deep scans, and when it does show, there's less of it.
Should find it a fifth as often as you'd find gold, and when you do find it, it'll be a single square, so 300 eezo, so still a lot, and sometimes when you find it, it's false positive, and you didn't actually find any :(
Still OP though, considering how hard it normally is to get, but this makes drilling for eezo a bit less game breaking.
