(Changed from original mod: Added pawn namer, more settlement names)
I saw some requests for this mod for 1.3, and ChickenPlucker basically saying it was ok as long as previous authors were credited, so here we are. All suggestions welcome.
Not CE compatible (Previous version patches were tested but don't work fully) - if someone wants to fix this I will include the fixed patches.
