Patches [url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1464989530]drumad's NightVision mod[/url] so that both goggles (Tinted Goggles and Night Vision Goggles) can be worn with hats or simple helmets (meaning they belong to the "Eyes" layer instead of "Headgear").
