It does nothing except make the Celestial hediff have a pain factor of 0, nullifying all pain, which makes sure Celestials do not go down in a fight unless they die, have their spine or legs destroyed, or have some other kind of health effect affect their mobility.
If you ever started a Naked Brutality Celestial Start playthrough and watched in impotent rage as your lone, naked, beaten up immortal pawn got carried away by some rando with a shiv, this is the mod for you. Now if you're caught with your pants down (or without pants to begin with), your Celestial pawn will much more likely just die and resurrect later than suffer the embarassment of kidnapping.
