HT3-16.25/A EVA Diesel-steam locomotive
EVA - prototype A, built & used by High Tatras Transit
EVA is the first production example of a new diesel-furnace steam locomotive concept, built to prove the design rather than perfect it. Intended as a compact shunter, she relies on three pairs of driven wheels and a straightforward control layout, prioritizing reliability and mechanical honesty over automation.
As an early build, EVA shows her character in operation — steady at low speeds, capable in yard work, but prone to protest when pushed through tight turns. Exterior detail lights can be operated manually or left to engage automatically after dark, reflecting the artistic touch of her engineers.
This locomotive represents a work in progress: a functional prototype already earning its keep while future refinements are still being imagined.

[*] Start the boiler and fuel pumps at the top left
[*] Let both boilers reach 100°C
[*] Don't forget to disengage the brake, also there is automatic braking if the throttle is too low and when you "slam the brakes" the throttle will go down automaticaly

Also wouldn't recommend going faster than 100 into turns
