Adds Chronos, a drug from Katana Zero.
Chronos is a lot like Luciferium, you can only get it from trading or loot, you're stuck with the addiction for life, and give a pretty good buff to colonists when not in withdrawal.
Chronos however, does not heal injuries and must be taken more often than luciferium.
Colonists will go catatonic if withdrawal kicks in too long.
Chronos specfically boosts:
Consciousness: +20%
Moving: +10%
Sight: +30%
Breathing: +20%

Chronos now also increases melee dodge chance by 70% unless both fighters are on Chronos.
