Adds a recipe for reinforcing human leather, it offers improved protection (around the strength of Hyperweave) while still granting the expected mood buffs to pawns with the Cannibal trait\precept. The recipe requires a good crafter and Complex Clothing research to create.
Uses a Harmony PostFix to patch the default ThoughtWorker for human leather apparel and is configured to run before the PostFix included in Android Tiers (mod not required) ensuring simpleminded\basic androids to not gain the mood benefit of this new leather. I'm not sure what other mods adjust this ThoughtWorker but there could be undesirable behavior with the mood benefits of this new leather when using another mod adjusting the same space.
