Adds steampunk style power conduits.
Commissioned by me.
Made by Ogam and Taranchuk.
This adds another visually different power conduit to the game. It flashes periodically with lightning, and releases small bursts of steam. The frequency can be adjusted (or disabled).
Note: This mod enables these conduits in ADDITION to regular power conduits. It does not remove the standard power conduits. So you can use both. Like if you want these some place, and standard ones another place. It also works with invisible power conduits - in case someone wants these visible but not the regular ones.
