允许在Mod选项中拖动滑块调整逆重飞船的冷却时间百分比
需要 HugsLib 前置
修改设置后必须重启游戏或重新加载存档才能生效
如果没有出现设置界面需要把模组放在前面，而且如果跟我的另一个模组一起装的话，名字会显示另一个模组的名字，不知道为什么。
