Milira Daily Expend Hydroponic fix
This is a patch for the hydroponics from the Milira Daily Expanded mod.
It fixes a bug where, if the hydroponics basin was built at an inappropriate time, it would get stuck in the "resting" state (Off for plant resting period) and stop working.
The patch removes the scheduling system from the hydroponics, since plants in RimWorld already have a natural growth and rest cycle.
