[Forge] Targeting Computer (Fork/Lite)
What does it do?
Adds a targeting computer building that provides a +.5% accuracy buff to nearby turrets for 250W. Each turret can link up to two computers for a total 1% base accuracy increase. The effect is more pronounced on better, long-range turrets.
For reference, mini-turrets have 96% accuracy per tile before weapon, weather, target size, and cover factors come into play. Two computers increases this to 97% per tile, which sounds small, but takes a 32% hit chance at max range (0.96^28) up to 43% (0.97^28).

This one can be seen as a "lite" version. The original is a +3% buff, which can result in much more reliable shots, but also requires the computer be adjacent to the turret, each turret connects only one, and costs 750W.

FAQ
[b]Q: Why is the amount so small?[/b]
A: Primary reason it's 0.5% instead of something more reasonable sounding like 10% is because, for most turrets, anything more than about 1-2% (4% for the mini-turret) will bring it above 100% hit chance per tile, resulting in insane exponential growth at longer ranges. A Charge Railgun (from VFE-Security) with +10% accuracy would have a 4832% hit chance multiplier at 45 tiles range!
[b]Q: Does this support modded turrets?[/b]
A: Yes! Right now it supports all the turrets in Vanilla Furniture Expanded - Security.

A: Might work, haven't tested. If it doesn't, I can't promise a fix any time soon.
