NPC Mannable Emplacement

Emplacement that nearby npcs will seek out and use to their advantage.
Should support any npc with the sequence "Man_Gun"

Npcs will only use an emplacement when they're idle, or the emplacement is able to shoot their enemy.
(no running into a swarm of zombies, just to get to the emplacement!)

They can be destroyed by a well placed grenade, or any other significant explosive.

Convars + defaults:

npcmannedemplacement_clipdecay "120"
npcmannedemplacement_bulletdamage "-1" ( -1 means default, 8 damage )
