It's a patch. Just randomly found this mod, and it looks great and fills a surprising hole in vanilla armor. The relevant CE stuff is all xml, so the autopatcher should work well with everything. This patch mainly goes over some of the extra stats and balances them for CE, as well as giving appropriate bulk stats, I will probably play with the armor values a little to be more viable against industrial factions.
Thank you to the original mod author and Mlie for picking it up, and thank you to the CE team for making combat fun.
If Mlie or the original mod author wants this patch taken down or integrated, it will be done.
