What is this mod?! What have you done?!
Intended for use by ideologies that revere lost knowledge, this mod adds a new precept: "Techprint Significance." The default setting of Normal just gives the vanilla experience. When this is set to Holy, the act of applying a techprint will spawn a relic.
Important bits
Q: Can I add this to an existing save?
A: Yes, but note that this is normally gated behind a precept. To get around this, there's a mod setting to allow the behavior to be applied even when the precept is not applied.
Q: Will techprints from other mods get relics?
A: Yes.
Q: Is this compatible with X mod?
A: This mod works by injecting the relic creation into the apply techprint job's logic. As such, if X mod is injecting code into the same location there could be a conflict. Add a comment if you see something like this.
Q: Do you have other mods?
A: Why, thank you for asking, hypothetical reader.
* Scenario Pawns and Corpses, which allows new backstories and starting corpse options to be added to the scenario editor.
* Corpse Children, a mod that allows pawns with a new trait to create new pawns from the dead as well as steal their body parts, traits, and skills.
* Bonded Leather, a mod that allows (expensive) upgrading of leathers and wools.
* Kayesh's Standard Template Constructs, a mod that adds STCs to the game in the form of new techprints. Get your banks of reliquaries ready, techpriest.
Q: Can I upload scenarios using this mod, can I add this mod to a mod pack, and/or can I create derived mods from this mod?
A: Sure. I'd be interested to hear what you do with it.
