Taking advantage of the system to hire pirates set up in Vanilla Factions Expanded - Pirates I have added two more groups you can contact for help. Select Hire Workers and at least 1 day of duration and you can get help from the Tribals or Outlanders assuming they are in your campaign.
This also works with alternate COMMS CONSOLES like those found in Walkie Talkie, NoPower Comms Console and Medieval Overhaul.
Tribals
Gatherer: an expert in growing, logging, gathering and animals.
Builder: a good builder and crafter itching to help.
Hunter: a defensive unit you can also use to hunt for food.
Outlanders
Farmer: great with plants and animals.
Construction Workers: loves to mine and build things.
Doctor: will show up with medicine and at least 10 medical skill.
Remember pawns are random so not every pawn is a winner, it is smart to hire at least two at a time.
