Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Adds demon slayers and demons to RimWorld with breathing styles, blood demon arts, nichirin weapons, and full progression systems for both sides. Ive been working on a massive overhaul of demons, my health has caused me to slow down a bit but I am working as hard as I can to make this mod even better. Coming Soon New uniforms, Wisteria Trees, and more overhauls Latest Update Fixed demon rank progression - they actually rank up after eating 20 pawns now Backstories fixed New starting scenarios for Demons and Slayer Corps (still working on these) Demons spawn with clothes now until I finish the clothing textures Chinese translations added Fixed the dependency checker Other bug fixes Features Breathing Styles 17 breathing genes - all the ones from the show plus Frost and Forest Need Breathing Potential gene first before you can learn any style 6 abilities per style with different damage and effects Abilities have 4-6 levels that level up as you use them Each gene has its own talent tree and xp Forward and backward dash from Breathing Potential Can unlock Transparent World and Selfless State Breathing Mark is in - your pawn dies at 25 if you use it, or randomly within a year if they're already older (only 3 tattoos for now) Becoming a Slayer Build the Training Rock and it triggers a quest Send 3 pawns - if they survive they come back 7 days later with Breathing Potential Level up breathing potential to pick which style you want Training gourds come in different sizes - succeed and your breathing goes up, fail and you take damage Demons 17 blood demon arts 4-6 levels per art that level up through use Each demon gene has its own talent tree and xp Demons rank up by eating pawns - increases stats and unlocks higher ranks Hover over their resource bar to see how many pawns they've eaten Regen costs resources Die from sun or getting head/neck destroyed Sun damage is nerfed for rimworld - you get a warning before they die Made headgear that protects from sun Demon raids leave when light gets too high Slayer genes and nichirin blades do extra damage to demon necks Weapons & Crafting Mine scarlet crimson iron sand and scarlet ore Smelt and refine to make nichirin blades All the blades from the show plus a basic one Nichirin shotgun Two flesh blades (WIP, they're in but not done yet) Make scarlet thread to craft uniforms and haori Other Stuff Breathing resource based on your breathing cap Backstories are in but they're WIP Setting to control how often Demon Slayer names show up Left in WIP stuff for testing Traits still WIP How To Start Slayer Route: Build the Training Rock Send 3 colonists on the quest They come back after 7 days with Breathing Potential if they survive (Traits and Skills effect your odds) Train with gourds to level up Pick your breathing style Demon Route: Get demon genes through scenario or events Eat pawns to rank up Level blood demon arts through combat Manage resources for regen Stay out of sun or wear protective gear Required Mods Talented Humanoid Alien Races (HAR) Recommended Mods Demon Slayer Facial Animation & Hair: [url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3447486689]https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3447486689[/url] Known Issues You'll see about 8 red errors on startup - that's from EMF which is still early in development.
