Confetti Firefoam Poppers
Adding a Confetti themed Firefoam Popper so Mr Streamer will finally use them.

DISCLAIMER: This is my first RimWorld mod, I have no idea where it should go in the load order or if it conflicts with any mods. As far as I am aware unless your mod has Defs named "ConfettiPopper" (or "Confetti" as a Filth Def) or ConfettiPop as a SoundDef it should be fine?
