Re-added Vash's glasses.
Nerfed the pistol heavily. It's now only about twice as powerful as a standard revolver. Still pretty brutal.
If you are running Morph's Unique and Rare Items, both are set to unique as default.

The audio was taken directly from the anime, the image was taken from somewhere... Probably Google. I don't remember; I made thing thing a long time ago.
Cheaty, Overpowered, takes forever to make unless you spawn it. It's only one step removed from using the "kill" tool.
