[LYN] Alternative Component Recipe
I made this because I'm tired of running out of components and having to rely on trading.
Adds a recipe to craft industrial components on the Machining table.
Doesn't need Fabrication, only Machining research.
This recipe costs 20 steel, as it's not meant to replace the vanilla version.
