Pistolero: .41 Rimfire (CE Only)

Adds a few firearms chambered for .41 Rimfire to Rimworld for use with Combat Extended. These guns fit well into Wild West themed games. The National Arms Company developed the .41 rimfire cartridge in 1863. Engineers designed the cartridge specifically for use in tiny single-shot derringers. The original loading called for 13 grains (0.8 g) of black powder behind a 130 grain (8.4 g) lead bullet. Cartridges of the World rates the .41 rimfire at just 130 m/s (425 ft/s). Other sources claim velocities in the range of 160 m/s (525 ft/s) to 190 m/s (630 ft/s). Still, the .41 rimfire was meant for close-range encounters. By the mid-20th century the cartridge was considered obsolete. I modeled these new guns as quick-draw weapons with short warm-up times: * Colt-Thuer 3rd Model Derringer -- Colt's most popular single-shot derringer design. * Remington M95 Double Derringer -- the iconic double-barrel derringer. * Frank Wesson Dagger-Pistol -- a rare combination weapon: a double-barrel derringer with a bayonet. * Reid "My Friend" Knuckleduster -- a popular pepperbox design with knuckledusters built into the grip. * Colt House "Cloverleaf" -- this pocket revolver featured a four-round cylinder. * Colt New Line "Big Colt" -- Colt's next-generation pocket revolver had a five-round cylinder. The Dagger-Pistol's melee attacks includes stabbing and slashing, but don't expect much from its 1.75-inch (45mm) blade. The Cloverleaf and Big Colt revolvers are gate-loaders, one bullet at a time. The Reid Knuckleduster includes a knuckles melee attack. However, the difference between pistol whipping and brass knuckles, in game terms, is slight.
