Longer range than sniper rifle, twice as damaging, slow recharge. Additional stopping power and armor penetration.
Currently player-only (I mean, if you want spacers wrecking you with this, ok - I can change it :) )
Requires Charged Shot research, Crafting:9, 60 Plasteel, 4 Advanced Components, Fabrication Bench.
(Mercury poisoning not yet implemented)
