Reactors Rebalanced

Re-balances various nuclear reactors and RTGs to produce 15,000wd per uranium. This is the same efficiency as the SoS2 fission ship reactor, which I felt was a good balance point. Relevant to the point: https://xkcd.com/1162/ -The Vanilla Expanded reactor now consumes one uranium per day and output 15 kW at normal output. -The Nuclear Dawn and Nuclear Revolution reactors now produces 10 kW and consume the equivalent of one uranium every one and a half days. -The Nuclear Dawn centrifuge now asks for 30 uranium to make one enriched uranium instead of 100 to 1. -Nuclear Dawn centrifuge is also "only" drawing 5 kw, which is still a lot but it shouldn't immediately blackout your base any more. The E.N.I.A.C. was similarly reduced in power consumption, down to 3 kW. -The Rim-Effect fusion reactor has double the fuel efficiency at one uranium per day and outputting 30 kw. And that's it. This is a simple patch that only changes some number values around so it should be compatible with just about anything. A few mods have had compatibility added since release, and in each case I've touched as little as possible. Only the fuel consumption. So every generator produces as much power as they did initially, they just consume barely any uranium. These changes do not affect each reactor's unique qualities - the VFE-Power and Rim-Effect reactors will still double their output if you overfill them, the Nuclear Dawn enrichment process still produces depleted uranium as a useful byproduct. The Rim-Effect fusion reactor felt particularly anaemic, producing half the energy of a fission reactor from the same dev team, if admittedly on a different mod. So I made it twice as fuel efficient as the other reactors, but still slightly lower than the Eezo reactor, which I have left untouched. Frankly, this is a bad representation of a fusion reactor to begin with. But I'm not adding a new fuel for it, and also not making it any harder to acquire, build, or maintain, so it had to be balanced similarly to the fission reactors. For a much better fusion representation, I highly recommend you take a look at Aelanna's amazing Eccentric Tech - Fusion Power instead, available here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2742125879 All credit for these mods goes to their respective owners, thank you all for helping make Rimworld such a great community. It is explicitly nonsense, and the uranium is used as a catalyst, not a fuel. However, catalysts are by definition not used up in a reaction, so just imagine this patch is simply massively improving your ability to recycle your uranium catalyst!
