Skullys Lowerback Dufflebags, Chest Rigs + Fanny

3 Main functionalities
[b]Each can be enabled through the mods menu, all optional, all separate but work well together:[/b]
[u]Equip on Lowerback:[/u]
Duffel Bags can now be equipped on the Lower Back together with a backpack, and Chest Rigs have been adjusted so they no longer conflict with Fanny Packs.
[u]Container rebalancing:[/u]
Rebalanced most if not all player worn containers such as backpacks, first aid kits, cases and etc. Small containers like School Bags, Fanny Packs, and Satchels are now restricted from carrying very heavy individual items. To compensate, they offer much higher Weight Reduction, making them ideal for carrying lightweight essentials at all times.
[u]Minor Item rebalancing:[/u]
Changed weight, and other parameters on a small amount of items to match with the rebalancing aspect of this mod.
Safe to add mid-game.

Balance & Logic:
[i]This mod focuses on refining container utility by rebalancing weight, capacity, and equipment options. The goal is to make early-game storage more viable while ensuring specialized containers feel distinct and logical, and to allow to player to carry more things overall but not make it too overpowered or unbalanced[/i]
[i]My thought process was that your satchel and your fanny is where you carry all your necessities and tools, whereas bags are used mostly for loot, hence those two have the highest weight reduction.
Dufflebags serve as a new way of expanding your entire inventory. They can serve as an extra loot bag that you can drop easily with excess loot when you are surrounded and need to run.[/i]

FAQ:
Is it compatible...? A:Probably is until someone finds a mod that is not. If it is not i'll write it down here in the description
B41? A: I didnt test it but i made it available for b41, i believe you can now enable it, please let me know if its working.
Multiplayer? A: According to the comments it seems to be, its a rather simple mod so i dont think it wouldnt be MP Compatible.
