Flatline Silencer / HEV Suit Silencer

I thought it was kinda annoying, almost as annoying as the tinnitus, not quite, but still annoying enough to make an addon out of it.

Key Features:

-Fancy (Removable) GUI

-Compatible with singleplayer and multiplayer modes

-All functions only affect the individual players, but if it's in a server everyone will have it

-GUI saves position, preferences are saved in each server uniquely
