Information about the character
Cartoon Cat appears to be heavily inspired by old cartoon characters like Felix the Cat and Mickey Mouse. It has large, soulless eyes bulging out of his head, all black fur, white gloves with three black darts, and a mouth with bloody flesh exposed and gums torn. Though frightening in appearance, it doesn’t seem that Cartoon Cat is hostile towards the cameraman, until it began to rerun as a hostile creature towards the individual it sees. Apparently it also seems to be able to stretch it's body like any other cartoon on tv. The ability of stretching and distorting its body appears to originate from the style of cartoons in the great depression that style includes what is called "rubber hosing" and was a way for the animators to not have to worry about anatomy and made it alot easier for them to animate frames that would be complicated and time consuming for the animators if they had to obey to the "rules" of anatomy.

-It can stretch parts of his body incluiding the head sometimes
-It can climb
-It can change to a complete killer behavior if his life turns to 5000 (aumont the damage attack)
-It can regen his life when is patroling/idle
Mad Variant Skills:
-It has twice the health as Cartoon Cat.
-It is twice as fast as Cartoon Cat

-Enemy of the NPCs and Players, although in some maps he can take other paths to scare you
-His faction is FACTION_CARTOONMONSTER
-He can open doors(with animations)
-He has a ambience but only you can hear that when he is chasing you ,no when is patrolling
-He has a FATALITY
-He can push you when he is ignoring you
-The NPCs run away when they seen to Cartoon Cat
-He can be possessed
-YOU CAN KILL HIM he has "5000" of health(enough for an army to kill him)
-He hasnt a jumpscare, it usually takes you 90 of damage and then it makes a Fatality
