A tool originally made by NO LOAFING! that adds paint to TF2 cosmetics, and another that adds critglow/jarate to weapons and characters.
This version restores the previously removed Bonemerge Compatibility feature, allowing effects to be converted into prop_replacements, updated to include the latest fix for errors related to prop_replacements.
