Have you ever wanted to follow each pawn's career in your colony? This mod adds per-pawn awards and achievements with an immediate display. The awards are based entirely on the US Military badge and ribbon racks and now has plenty of open space to add custom awards.
Currently the mod does not effect gameplay and is for visual / RP purpose until I can write ways to tie in-game events. In future updates, the plan is to have each award grant bonuses such as global work speed, and reduce mental break thresholds.
