Faster Modded Interactions

A patch mod that accelerates custom interactions found throughout a bunch of mods. For example: No longer will you take a more than an IRL minute to extract intel from a single Empire building from VFE - Deserters missions. Useful for highly modded, low TPS environments where fast forwarding isn't an option anymore. Supply and biosecured crates now take only a second to open [*] Vanilla Quests Expanded - Deadlife: Jammed ancient silo doors, surface hatch and military loot crates now take only a second to open. [*] Vanilla Quests Expanded - Cryptoforge: Jammed airlock doors and various twisted metal junk now only take a second to loot. [*] Vanilla Quests Expanded - Ancients: Jammed lab doors, archite capsule containments, genepack crates and organ boxes now take only a second to open. Storage shelves are left untouched since they are fast already. [*] Vanilla Quests Expanded - Generator: Experimental ARC parts and research terminals take much shorter time to study, and lootable construction pallets take only a second to open. [*] Ancient Urban Ruins - All loot buildings now take half a second to open. Slightly different from the usual single second, but this is due to the sheer amount of loot buildings from one AUR quest site can provide, and the constant presence of hostiles adding to the urgency. [*] Alpha Books - All of the special single-use books now only take one second to read. [hr] NOTES Ancient Urban Ruins patch in the files is WIP, commented out for an indefinite time. Tried a bunch of various patches and methods, and the loot buildings would still take 5 seconds to progress. Will revisit this later when I have the time and motivation. [b]Fixed.
