Phantom tornado interceptor
This is a custom made tornado interceptor. Its has a powerfull small diesel motor whitch powers the two front wheels while the 4 rear wheels stabilize the vehicle. When deploying the airbag lowers it to the ground for better aerodynamics and so you can activate the "spikes". Its got a 360 rotating turret with a opening canopy and a spotlight. The Phantom also has "rockets" to measure the wind speed, you can also put a probe or two in the trunk.
