[b]This mod allows you to modify the base stats of any race, mechanoid, or animal — just like the Character Editor — and applies those changes globally.[/b]
If you change the stats of Race A, all future spawned Race A characters will be affected as well.
This does [b]not[/b] hard-lock any values. It only modifies the base stats — all other stat modifiers (additions, subtractions, multiplications, divisions) will still function normally.

[*] The Ranged Damage Multiplier for mechanoids only applies to [b]built-in (invisible) weapons[/b]. Mechanoids carrying visible guns will not be affected. (Use Character Editor to modify their weapon stats instead.)
