** Simple rework of weight reduction for all containers the player can carry **
-Weight Reduction has been set to 80 for all containers
-Exception for alice packs/bags which are already set to 85 by default
-Item size is now increased to the weight the container can hold
"Example... A first aid kit with a carry weight of 4 pounds can now hold a 4 pound item"
