This is the not so famous, Transavia PL-12 Airtruk:
From Google: "The Transavia PL-12 Airtruk is an Australian-designed, all-metal sesquiplane agricultural aircraft (first flown in 1965) renowned for its unusual, rugged design featuring a high-mounted cockpit, twin tail booms, and a 1-tonne chemical hopper. It offers exceptional downward visibility, high maneuverability, and was famously featured in Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome."
About the Airtruk in Stormworks:
Take-off: Engine Starter (ON), Flaps (ON). and Engine Throttle 1.000%.
Performs well at 0.800% Throttle, no Stabilizer, and 1300 ft Altitude.
Battery: The engine has a powerful generator and doesn't use much electricity so don't worry about it.
Main Monitor: The main monitor is in the center of the cockpit, press Keybind: (2) twice to change channels down. There are four different channels. Press Keybind (1) twice to change channels UP back to default map.
Upper Cabin: The upper cabin holds the pilot, controls, and displays. The upper cabin is also equipped with a Fire Extinguisher.
Lower Cabin: The lower cabin can hold a maximum of 2 people, safely. (One person can stand but may fall out. 😉) The lower cabin is also equipped with a Fire Extinguisher, Welder, and a pair of Binoculars.
Cost & Mass: $20779 Cost, 1732 kg Mass.
Concerns: Engine Temperature rises quickly and catches fire at around 115 C*. Decrease engine throttle when at around 90 C* to avoid.
More Concerns: Fuel Capacity is low, so watch the fuel gauge carefully. When the fuel is down to about 2-3 I recommend finding a spot to land.
More Important Details: Max speed is around 130-140 MPH. Aircraft weight is around 1700 kg but corrected to 1100 kg using XML, for more accuracy.
Details: The parking brake is defaulted to (OFF), the Airtruk is prone to flipping upside down on the ground in serious winds, neither cabin or engine compartment is water-tight, the cockpit is difficult to see out off due to XML windows, the pilot seat has suspension, both the left flap and left seat are pivoted into place, other.
