Description

The Bell UH-1Y Venom (also called Super Huey) is a twin-engine, 4-blade, medium-sized utility helicopter built by Bell Textron under the H-1 upgrade program of the United States Marine Corps. One of the latest members of the numerous Huey family, the UH-1Y is also called "Yankee" for the NATO phonetic alphabet pronunciation of its variant letter.[5] Bell was originally to produce UH-1Ys by rebuilding UH-1Ns, but ultimately used new built airframes.

In 2008, the UH-1Y entered service with the Marine Corps and also began full-rate production. The new UH-1 variant replaced the USMC's UH-1N Twin Huey light utility helicopters, introduced in the early 1970s. The helicopter (and related Bell AH-1Z Viper) were ordered by the Czech Republic and the helicopter is in production in the early 2020s. Visually, some features that differentiate the Y model are a slightly longer cabin and larger twin engine exhaust vents compared to the earlier N model.

About

The Uh-1y Venom is a purpose built helicopter made for utility and Air to infantry/low armored vehicle combat. Being fitted with primarily low powered guns and rockets the UH-1y Venom is not an heavy hitter, but makes up for its lack of fire power with its crew size and versatility. With high armor were it counts while simultaneously not sacrificing agility and speed for extraction and evasion. With easy to repair systems and ease of access to fires, the Uh-1y is the definitive choice for troop transport and extraction. With easily repairable systems. Built with accuracy in mind although the blue prints for the uh-1y model is not available the uh-1n which is the previous model of the Uh-1y is, Based of those blue prints and up to date information introducing one of the more accurate representations of the Uh-1y Venom.

How to use

  • head to pilot seat
  • Turn on the circuit breaker on the ceiling
  • Start one or two of the engines.
  • keyboard num 1 turns on/off hover
  • Idle Rps saves fuel by lower Rps to what’s enough to generate more electricity then you use (can’t fly)
  • alt thrust is in center panel
  • FLIR toggles between Radar-Aiming and mouse Aiming.
  • EMW turns on the radar jammer
  • KeyBoard num2 turns on/off mouse aim

Systems and Features

Master controller

  • Configurable Sensitivity and PIDs for flight characteristics.
  • Configurations for Rps settings
  • Mouse aim sensitivity control
  • Switchable flight controls for roll and yaw.
  • Hover-Mode: a flight system that changes the helicopter flight dynamics, in exchange for speed and maneuverability, you gain easy flight. Specifications include; automatic hovering resisting wind and rain, alt hold moving and stationary, but limiting max speed and maximum roll and pitch.
  • Free-Flight A flight system that Changes the helicopters flight dynamics, in exchange for stability and controllability it gains speed and maneuverability. Specifications include; Allowing for extreme maneuvering I.e. barrel rolls, loops and inverted “flying”, Roll hold, and pitch hold.
    “Hover-Mode” vs “Free-Flight
    Hover-Mode
Pros: automatically stabilizes and corrects the helicopter to hover. Cons: limiting max speed, roll rotation, and pitch angle. Free-Flight Pros: Stabilizes roll, pitch, collective and yaw allowing you to keep your current roll, pitch, and yaw without touching controls. Cons: Harder to fly and needs constant control adjustments, does not correct for wind, takes Manuel adjustments to keep altitude when you roll or pitch to much.
  • Alternate thrust (forward thrust) Controlled through the forward most central console. Different colors signify different levels of speed, White is neutral, the closer to green is forward, closer to red is backwards. up arrow on the center console thrust forwards, down arrow on the center console thrust backwards.
  • HMD: A hud used in my modern helicopters provides all relevant information such as altitude, tilt, speed, Temperature, fuel, RPS, Location x,y, and more.
  • Mouse-Aiming Is a aiming system that yaws and pitches the helicopter to the center of your screen
(Your cross-hair), the further your center of screen is from the HMDs center cross-hair; A white circle, that shows the current direction the helicopter is facing, the faster the helicopter moves to your cross-hair. how to enable: press num 2 on keyboard to turn on and off. (creator tip) turn off hover by pressing num 1 on keyboard for better range of motion, note: helicopter mostly stabilizes alt when facing down or at an angle.
    Combat
  • EMW: Electromagnetic warfare, in the form of a radio jammer, The EMW is this best radio jammer produced able to detect and jam TRILLIONS of whole number channels instantly.
  • TWS: A hud for the Co-pilot used as a tracking mode for the FLIR (more info below) and as a radar tracker.
  • FLIR”: Forward looking infrared. The FLIR is a pivoted system controlled by mouse aim and radar controlled in 3 settings TWS hud shows a green box, pressing space activates the box which will automatically lock onto any object within it. This will send signals to the FLIR to track that object. Second Mouse aim will follow your center screen like a turret. Third monitor aiming will pivot and controls sensitivity allowing you to look at the FLIRs monitor to control and observe the Built in camera. The FLIR Allows for LOSBR, and laser missiles.

Weapons

  • 2 pintle-mounted machine guns
  • 2 forward-mounted 7.62mm machine gun
  • 4 forward-mounted hydra rockets
  • easy weapon loadout switch and mount points
    [list]
  • Capable to fit: Laser, LOSBR, GPS, Dummy fire, guided missiles, and ect.
