RimTalkTTS Local adds high-quality text-to-speech to RimTalk dialogues using local engines (Piper, XTTS, Kokoro).

Quick Start
- Subscribe and enable RimTalk + RimTalkTTS Local
- Open Mod Settings -> RimTalkTTS
- Assign voices and play
Providers
- Piper — local / offline (works if files are present)
- XTTS — high-quality local synthesis (runtime required)
- Kokoro — multilingual local synthesis (runtime required)
