To start: Turn on REACTOR ON, wait until steam pressure starts to build, then the clutch may be used to provide throttle.
To move: Select one or multiple gears on and advance the clutch, or use the electric throttle. enable GEN gears to recharge the battery when using electric throttle.
To turn off: Turn off REACTOR ON
