Mod philosophy:
I thought it was stupid that you could hoard hundreds of hemogen packs with almost no downside, letting you basically ignore the blood loss system after fights. Now you will at least be required to make space in your fridge (Or make a dedicated fridge for your hospital) which in theory adds a slight cost to keeping your infinite stash of blood transfusion packs.
It's currently set to take approximately 14 hours to rot away if it's not refrigerated.
