The motor has an overheating protection and will reduce max throttle to 90% at 105°C
Reverse speed is limited to 70 % throttle to keep the propeller under water.
!! The batteries will drain permanently !!
I guess its becaus of the pivots trying to hold their positions.
Use the generator if needed. It wont start automatically!
!! Tuning Tip !!
You can easily add 2 more cylinders to the outboarder and get a max speed of ~45.
The cooling system is not ideal for that, though.

!!! Dont leave the Helm when the motor is still throttled up !!!
The Pivots will give in and flip the motor under the boat, which results in capsizing.
