I tried to make a city with minimal changes, at least the part of the city that was shown in the game

-Add the mod to ther server config mods on host
-Make sure its on both "Workshop" tab and in "Mods" tab
-go to "MAP" tab and add the "Macon" maps, and put it on top of "Muldraugh,ky" in order
