Get to your nautical destination *fast*!
Expending upon the use of foils as stabilizers, and adding a set to also control height above water means this boat can be set to fly above the surface, reaching upwards of 150kts.
For obvious reasons, this will not work so well in rough seas, so you'll either have to navigate around low pressure zones, or turn off the hydrofoiling (default key: 3). The turning power is also reduced while foiling (and may stillr equire a delicate hand at times) due to the low stability of this configuration. I would also recommend slowing down before switching to or from the foiling mode to avoid brutal pitching and a cycle of oscillations that's hard to recover from.
So all in all, a beast that takes a bit of practice to tame, but gets you the speed of aircrafts with the simplicity and low cost of boat technology.
As one image suggests, it does fit in the beginner hangars, but it cannot be spawned or modified here (to tall I guess).
