Lockheedfartin McFederalbudgetwaster (Founder and CEO of Lockheed Fartin) couldn't build a boat that could jump out of the water without infinite electricity enabled. His grandson though, Timmy McFederalbudgetwaster could. Little Timmy was given a blueprint and a 17.5-pack of crayons as a military experiment and drew something similar to this.
