I always wondered why there is no buildable barbed/razor wire in the base game, this mod fixes that.
Simple razor wire that deals no damage but slows down a bunch, costs 4 steel and is unlockable with Smithing research.
Original mod made by Yoann, just took the Razor Wire from it and tweaked some things.
