Easy to Use Fixed engine RPS, Simple Althold, Holds Position in 100% Wind with 0.3 M/s Continental Drift, Turns into the wind when hovering on its own. Can be Spawned in a Dock and take of from water but doesnt Capsize fully just hit the Starter and off you go.
