AER Focar
AER Focar is a well equipped SAR bicopter. Due to being outside of your standard SAR Helicopter its uniqueness comes with a slightly larger price tag of €131,000. This is due to the R&D..... and not because it has 5 times as much equipment or is it.
The design brief for this SAR helicopter was to be a do it all and be within the rules of Allistairs challenge.

Startup
In the cockpit, the top panel on the left, flip the port and starboard eng to on position.
Wait for RPM's to climb to 300 rpm and fly away. You can increase rpm for heavy lifting but not nessesary for most loads.
To tilt props, use the seat button to allow it and hold pitch forward for ~5 seconds and the props will tilt forwards.
If you let go they will tilt back to upright position.
Other functions
The rear harness has a simple auto up/dn system. It can also be set to go dn/up from the cockpit, near the harness start location or either of the harness seats. Their is buttons to set the spotlights to follow the harness near the harness start location or in the cockpit aswell.
The lifting winch can be controlled within the cockpit. And spotlights can follow its endpoint aswell but not as accurately. No dedicated sensors on the winch unlike harness so estimated location.
The water turret can be controlled by a seat below the cockpit. Spotlights will follow your aim and currently the only control for the turret is here.
The Altitude is auto held from when you let go of the collective.
The Yaw will hold your heading from when you let go of the yaw input.
Their is beginnings of a postion hold in the pitch direction but its strength is delibretaly kept weak.
