DESCRIPTION
The KT/ATS-4000/250 "Khulv" is the backbone of the Sawyer Isles’ long-range fire support doctrine, delivering overwhelming artillery power with exceptional mobility.
Mounted on the rugged KT-4000 10×10 chassis, the system combines the destructive force of a 250mm artillery cannon with the speed and flexibility of a wheeled platform. This allows rapid deployment across large operational zones without relying on fixed artillery positions.
With 70 rounds onboard, including a 17-round ready feed system, the Khulv is capable of sustained bombardment before requiring resupply. Its integrated fire control systems ensure accurate targeting, while outriggers provide stability during firing operations.
Designed around modern warfare principles, the system excels in rapid strike and relocation, minimizing exposure to counter-battery threats.
NOTES
Warning: This vehicle is extremely heavy.
Handling off-road can be dangerous, reduce speed and avoid sharp maneuvers.
Warning: Vehicle is armed, ensure safe firing procedures at all times.
LORE
In 2060, the Sawyer Isles Defense Force (SI.DF) required a mobile artillery platform capable of delivering strategic-level firepower without sacrificing speed.
Traditional tracked artillery systems proved too slow for the Isles’ fast-paced operational doctrine. In response, the KT-4000 platform was adapted into a high-speed artillery carrier, resulting in the KT/ATS-4000/250 "Khulv."
The system was built around the concept of “shoot-and-scoot” warfare, striking targets with overwhelming force and relocating before counter-fire can be initiated. Its wheeled 10×10 configuration allows it to rapidly reposition across the Isles’ advanced road networks and varied terrain.
Today, the Khulv is deployed in SI.DF artillery units as the primary source of long-range fire support, capable of shaping the battlefield before ground forces even arrive.
When Khulv batteries deploy, the engagement is already decided.
