Based on the one from Snowrunner, this behemoth of a truck can go wherever you want to take it, with some help if you want it to go, say, underwater. (NOTE: I am a beginner when it comes to making these builds so there might be some things I don't know how to fix)
History/Facts:
The Kenworth 963 is a heavy-duty off-road truck meant to go in sketchy places while towing heavy cargo, well I would say heavy cargo but the thing's maximum capacity is 500,000lbs. (Keep in mind that one of the tires alone has a 29.5 inch diameter). The 963 comes with a Cummins X15 Engine producing 600hp and 2050 lb-ft torque, parred with a Allison M6620A transmission with 6 forward gears and 2 reverse gears. In reality, this truck looks great, sounds great, preforms off-road great, and that's pretty much it. With the truck in real life struggling to get to 40mph. Because it's so heavy, it also gets terrible mpg's, and it's large size make the turning circle rival the Titanic's. But despite these, minor miscalculations, a lot of people love the thing in Snowrunner so I decided to add it to Stormworks.
The 963 In Game:
There are a lot of things that I had to change in order for it to be bearable in game. For instance, in game it has a top speed just over 70mph, the gearbox only has 1 reverse gear, and the cabin has been changed, along with some of the body styling. But despite all of that, I think this turned out, okay to say the least. There are some 'bugs' that I do need to fix, like the engine doing a wobble in rps. But the looks is what I love about this the most, with the stairs, the cabin, and even the engine I added detail to. Overall I am super happy how this turned out, and I hope you enjoy it!
