Plays the mech cluster defeated sound effect when a raid or an insect hive is defeated. Also, adds a mood buff for defeating raids.

- Vanilla Races Expanded - Fungoid: Destroying a fungoid crashed ship triggers the effect
- Vanilla Factions Expanded - Insectoids 2: Destroying insectoid crashed chunks/ship triggers the effect
