This mod adds a genderbent female version of the fixed special character "President Rugal" to RimWorld 1.6, organizing her quests, equipment, and combat mechanics around the theme of the "Moving and Delivery Service". The character will arrive at your colony through an exclusive quest, featuring a unique backstory, traits, standalone skills, and exclusive equipment. It is highly recommended for players who want to integrate a well-defined character into their playthrough.

[][b]Skills Overview[/b]:Ascension: Provides massive buff effects.Reflector Shield: Reflects incoming ranged damage.Genocide Cutter: Deals massive melee damage.Gigantic Pressure: Charges in a designated direction, dragging everyone along the path to the destination, and triggering an explosion.God's End: Leaps high into the air and smashes down, causing AoE knockback and massive damage.
[*] [b]Equipment Overview[/b]: The Commander Armor has a special effect that caps the maximum damage taken from a single hit at 30.
Equipped with her starting weapon, this character can easily solo a 3,000-point raid without any issues. Please use at your own discretion.
4.20 Update: Added a unique gene for the President, Frenzied Blood. This gene doubles her body part health, but also increases her body size and nutritional needs accordingly. It also removes the Uninspired gene from the Wolfein gene expansion for the President. To reduce the chance of the President being unfairly crippled, Frenzied Blood can now appear in faction genepack stock, at three times the rate of a normal gene.
