A simplistic, NPC style tanker with only two functional rooms and over 400 000 liters of fluid capacity, it still can only transport one fluid at a time, as all the fluid holds share the same network of pumps.
It spawns with plenty of diesel and the engine only has two states: On and Off.
You can just achieve a top speed of 60km/h by letting the clutch slip ever so slightly (like 0.93750).
It comes with both fluid hose and fluid connector ports for loading and unloading fluid, thought it has it's fluid flowrate limitations.
