This mod randomizes item drops to add a little more chaos to the game. Items are randomized according to their category, so weapons/armor will be replaced by other weapons/armor and raw resources will be replaced by other raw resources and so on. (Food is randomized based on nutrition, so it is technically possible to create infinite food from cooking.)
Each item is swapped with one other item. This means that all items are still in the game, but some (important ones) may be very hard to get. Starting with a new save is recommended.
Now with settings to make the game slightly less unplayable.
